〔試験内容〕
飽和食塩水を、3室構造からなる電解槽を用いて、酸性、アルカリ性電解水とも毎分4リットル生成の条件で電気分解し、以下の試料を調製した。
・ナノ電解水2:大気をナノバブル化し、電解水に添加したものの総称(アルカリ性電解水+大気ナノバブル、酸性電解水+大気ナノバブル)
・ナノアルカリ性電解水1:アルカリ性電解水を生成する際に発生する水素ガスをナノバブル化し、アルカリ性電解水に添加したもの
・ナノアルカリ性電解水2:大気をナノバブル化し、アルカリ性電解水に添加したもの
・ナノ酸性電解水1:酸性電解水を生成する際に発生する塩素ガスをナノバブル化し、酸性電解水に添加したもの
・ナノ酸性電解水2:大気をナノバブル化し、酸性電解水に添加したもの
・電解水:3室型電解槽の中間室に飽和塩水を循環し、電気分解することで陽極および陰極室から得られる水の総称
その結果は、図3〜図6のグラフ図に示した。
タオル(横64cm×縦27cm)に15cm角の人工汚染布(未汚染布、カーボンブラック/鉱物油、血液、ココア、赤ワインの5種)をそれそれ縫い付け、下記の工程に従って洗濯を行った。

試験時のナノ電解水のpH,ORPおよび塩素濃度を表1および2に示す。
1.計算式は、 K/S値=〔1−反射率(R)〕2 ÷2÷反射率(R)

ナノ電解水を用い、ボストンレタス(市販)から無作為に葉3枚を抽出し、1枚を4分割して、それぞれを検体とする。検体量は、約8g程度とし、検体を軽く水洗いした後、約50リットル程度試験水を水張りしたシンクからバスポンプ〔BP−101K(株式会社工進社製)〕で吸い上げ、2分間流水洗浄する。洗浄後、検体を軽く水洗いをする。
1) 水道水
2) 酸性電解水 pH3.01 遊離残留塩素濃度 40ppm
3) ナノバブル酸性電解水 pH3.05 遊離残留塩素濃度 40ppm
を使用した。尚、生成条件は、本願出願人の製造・販売に係る,電解水生成装置(守る水:登録商標)(製品番号ESS−ZERO)と、同じく微細気泡発生装置(ナノアクア:登録商標)(製品番号MN−20)を手動接続させ、15分間連続稼働する。酸性電解水流量は、毎分約3リットル生成させた。
レタス洗浄前後の菌数を計測した。培地は、一般生菌用ペトリフィルムを使用した。インキュベーターにて約48時間培養して、コロニー数を計測する。3検体の平均値をとり(n=3)無処理から2オーダー下がれば、殺菌効果があるとみなす。
無処理に比べ、ナノバブル酸性電解水処理と酸性電解水処理で2オーダー以上が減少しており、有意な差がみられた。特に、ナノバブル酸性電解水は4オーダー以上の減少が見られており、最も優れた結果となった。
上記〔表12〕ならびに図8にそれぞれ示すように、ナノバブル酸性電解水処理が、最も一般菌数が減少していた。これは、野菜自体の特性(一枚葉は柔軟性があり葉厚が薄い。)にナノバブル化した泡が効果的に働いていたことが示唆された。その他一枚葉における再現検証等を引続き行なう必要がある。また、「無処理」とは、ボストンレタスの検体、購入したまま、何も水洗い等の処理していないことをいう。
このように、ボストンレタスにおいては、ナノバブル酸性電解水を2分間流水洗浄する事により、一般菌数が検出不可レベルで殺菌が出来ていた。その他葉野菜においては、サニーレタスやキャベツなどで予備試験を行なっているが、処理後の菌数バラつきが見られており、処理時間を長くすることにより問題はない。

Claims (5)
- アノード電極を有するアノード室と、カソード電極を有するカソード室と、アノード室とカソード室との間に設けられた隔膜とを備えた2室構造からなる電解装置
または、アノード電極を有するアノード室と、カソード電極を有するカソード室と、これら両室の間に設けられた中間室と、前記アノード室と中間室との間に設けられた隔膜と、前記カソード室と中間室との間に設けられた隔膜とを備えた3室構造からなる電解装置を設け、
該電解装置に隣接して、酸性電解水を貯留するための酸性電解水貯留槽と、アルカリ性電解水を貯留するためのアルカリ性電解水貯留槽とを、それぞれ設け、
これら各電解水貯留槽には、それぞれ、アノード室とカソード室とを配管を介してそれぞれ連通し、
さらに、これら各電解水貯留槽は、気体と液体によりナノバブルを発生させるナノバブル生成装置とに、それぞれ連通し、
これらナノバブル生成装置で、前記アノード室で発生した塩素ガス、および酸性電解水により、塩素ナノバブル電解水を生成し、
前記カソード室で発生した水素ガス、およびアルカリ性電解水により、水素ナノバブル電解水を生成する
ことを特徴とする微細気泡電解水生成装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、アノード電極で発生した塩素ガス、アノード電解水により、その塩素ガスによりアノード電解水の中のナノバブルを生成し、酸性電解水貯留槽に供給することを特徴とする微細気泡電解水生成装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、カソード電極で発生した水素ガス、カソード電解水により、その水素ガスによりカソード電解水の中にナノバブルを生成し、アルカリ性電解水貯留槽に供給することを特徴とする微細気泡電解水生成装置。
- 前記アノード電解水の中のナノバブルを生成した微細気泡酸性電解水を、殺菌処理に使用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の微細気泡電解水生成装置。
- 塩化ナトリウム水溶液を電気分解し、アノード電極で発生した塩素ガスおよび酸性電解水をナノバブル生成装置で処理して塩素ナノバブル電解水を生成し、カソード電極で発生した水素ガスおよびアルカリ性電解水をナノバブル生成装置で処理して水素ナノバブル電解水を生成することを特徴とする微細気泡電解水の生成方法。
