Claims (10)
- 駆動輪と、電動モータと、内燃エンジンと、電動モータと内燃エンジンを接続する第1の摩擦締結要素と、電動モータと駆動輪を接続する第2の摩擦締結要素と、車両の加速要求を入力するアクセルペダルと、を備えたハイブリッド駆動電気自動車、のためのエンジン始動制御装置において:
車両の加速要求量を検出するアクセル開度センサと;
次のようにプログラムされたプログラマブルコントローラ:
車両が電動モータの動力で走行し、内燃エンジンが運転を停止している、電動車両モード走行において、電動モータのトルクを用いて内燃エンジンの始動を行なうことを決定し;
第2の摩擦締結要素を、互いにスリップしつつトルク伝達を行なうスリップ状態に制御し;
電動モータの回転トルクを第1の摩擦締結要素を介して内燃エンジンに入力し;
車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っているかどうかを判定し;
車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っている場合に、内燃エンジンへ入力する電動モータの回転トルクを、車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っていない場合に比べて増加させる、
と、を備えるエンジン始動制御装置。 - コントローラは、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクの増加を、電動モータの出力トルクの割り増しにより行なうとともに、割り増しの開始タイミングと、割り増し量と、割り増し量への到達速度の少なくともひとつを、車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っていない場合と異なる値に制御することで電動モータの出力トルクの割り増しを行なうよう、さらにプログラムされる、請求項1のエンジン始動制御装置。
- コントローラは、割り増しの開始タイミングを早めることで電動モータの出力トルクの割り増しを実現するようさらにプログラムされる、請求項2のエンジン始動制御装置。
- コントローラは、割り増し量を増大させることで電動モータの出力トルクの割り増しを実現するようさらにプログラムされる、請求項2または3のエンジン始動制御装置。
- コントローラは、割り増し量への到達速度を増加させることで電動モータの出力トルクの割り増しを実現するようさらにプログラムされる、請求項2から4のいずれかのエンジン始動制御装置。
- コントローラは、車両の加速要求量が大きいほど、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクの増加量を大きく設定するようさらにプログラムされる、請求項1から5のいずれかのエンジン始動制御装置。
- アクセル開度センサはアクセルペダルの操作速度を検出するよう構成され、コントローラは、アクセルペダルの操作速度が速いほど、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクの増加量を大きく設定するようさらにプログラムされる、請求項1から5のいずれかのエンジン始動制御装置。
- ハイブリッド駆動電気自動車は、走行特性としてスポーツモード走行を選択可能に構成され、コントローラはスポーツモード走行中の内燃エンジンの始動においては、車両の加速要求量が所定量を桑回っている場合と同様に、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクを、車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っていない場合と比べて増加させるようさらにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- ハイブリッド駆動電気自動車は、走行特性としてマニュアルモード走行を選択可能に構成され、コントローラはマニュアルモード走行中の内燃エンジンの始動においては、車両の加速要求量が所定量を桑回っている場合と同様に、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクを、車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っていない場合と比べて増加させるようさらにプログラムされる、請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 駆動輪と、電動モータと、内燃エンジンと、電動モータと内燃エンジンを接続する第1の摩擦締結要素と、電動モータと駆動輪を接続する第2の摩擦締結要素と、車両の加速要求を入力するアクセルペダルと、を備えたハイブリッド駆動電気自動車、のためのエンジン始動制御方法において:
車両の加速要求量を検出し;
車両が電動モータの動力で走行し、内燃エンジンが運転を停止している、電動車両モード走行において、電動モータのトルクを用いて内燃エンジンの始動を行なうことを決定し;
第2の摩擦締結要素を、互いにスリップしつつトルク伝達を行なうスリップ状態に制御し;
車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っているかどうかを判定し;
車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っている場合に、電動モータが内燃エンジンへ入力するトルクを、車両の加速要求量が所定量を上回っていない場合と比べて増加させる、
エンジン始動制御方法。
