Abstract
Description
前記固体電解質層は、Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、これら元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含有する固体電解質二次電池が提供される。
正極は、集電体と、この集電体の少なくとも一方の面に形成され、活物質を含む正極層と、を備える。
負極は、集電体と、この集電体の少なくとも一方の面に形成され、活物質を含む負極層と、を備える。
固体電解質は、Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含有する。
Li2SとGeS2とP2S5とをアルゴンボックス中にて所定の比率になるよう秤量し、メノウ乳鉢を用いて混合した。混合物を真空下700℃、10時間の熱処理を施した。得られたLi3.25Ge0.25P0.75S4とSiS2とをアルゴンボックス中にて重量比100:1の比率で混合した。混合物を真空下において、500℃にて2時間の熱処理を行ってSiを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
Li2SとP2S5とをアルゴンボックス中にて75:25になるよう秤量し、メノウ乳鉢を用いて混合した。つづいて、0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とAl2S3とを重量比200:1になるようにジルコニア容器にジルコニアボールとともに入れ、ボールミル処理を施した。ボールミル処理は400rpmで24時間行ってAlを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とZrS2とを重量比300:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でZrを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とZrS2とを重量比1200:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でZrを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とNi3S2とを重量比500:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でNiを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とFeSとを重量比500:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でFeを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
Li2SとGeS2とP2S5とをアルゴンボックス中にて所定の比率になるよう秤量し、メノウ乳鉢を用いて混合した。混合物を真空下700℃、10時間の熱処理を施してLi3.25Ge0.25P0.75S4のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5のみをジルコニア容器にジルコニアボールとともに入れ、ボールミル処理を施した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とZrS2とを重量比150:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でZrを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とZrS2とを重量比3000:1で混合した以外、実施例2と同様な方法でZrを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
<正極の作製>
まず、LiCoO2とアセチレンブラックとポリフッ化ビニリデンと実施例3で得たZrを含む0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5とを50:15:10:25の質量比率で混合した。この混合物をN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)に加えて混合してスラリーを調製した。このスラリーをアルミニウム箔からなる集電体の両面に塗布した後、乾燥し、プレスすることにより前記組成の正極層を有する正極を作製した。
まず、Li4Ti5O12とアセチレンブラックとポリフッ化ビニリデンと実施例3で得たZrを含む0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5とを60:10:10:20の質量比率で混合した。この混合物をN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)に加えて混合してスラリーを調製した。このスラリーをアルミニウム箔からなる集電体の両面に塗布した後、乾燥し、プレスすることにより前記組成の負極層を有する負極を作製した。
正極、実施例3で得たZrを含む0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5からなる厚さ20μmの固体電解質層、負極、固体電解質層の順番に積層した後、渦巻き状に捲回した。これを80℃で加熱プレスすることにより、偏平状の捲回電極群を作製した。得られた捲回電極群をナイロン層/アルミニウム層/ポリエチレン層の3層構造で、厚さが0.1mmのラミネートフィルムからなるパック(外装容器)に収納し、80℃で24時間真空乾燥を施した。その後、パックをヒートシールにより完全密閉して固体電解質二次電池を製造した。
正極層、負極層および固体電解質層にリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物として前記実施例1で得たSiを含むLi3.25Ge0.25P0.75S4を含有させた以外、実施例6と同様な固体電解質二次電池を製造した。
正極層、負極層および固体電解質層にリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物として前記比較例2で得た0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5を含有させた以外、実施例6と同様な固体電解質二次電池を製造した。
正極層、負極層および固体電解質層にリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物として前記比較例3で得たZr(0.38質量%)を含む0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5を含有させた以外、実施例6と同様な固体電解質二次電池を製造した。
正極層、負極層および固体電解質層にリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物として前記比較例4で得たZr(0.015質量%)を含む0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5を含有させた以外、実施例6と同様な固体電解質二次電池を製造した。
前記固体電解質層は、Si,Fe,NiおよびZrからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、これら元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含有する固体電解質二次電池が提供される。
本実施形態の第3側面によると、前記第2側面の固体電解質二次電池を備える電池パックが提供される。
Li2SとP2S5とをアルゴンボックス中にて75:25になるよう秤量し、メノウ乳鉢を用いて混合した。つづいて、0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とAl2S3とを重量比200:1になるようにジルコニア容器にジルコニアボールとともに入れ、ボールミル処理を施した。ボールミル処理は400rpmで24時間行ってAlを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とZrS2とを重量比300:1で混合した以外、参考例1と同様な方法でZrを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。

0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とNi3S2とを重量比500:1で混合した以外、参考例1と同様な方法でNiを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
0.75Li2S−0.25P2S5混合物とFeSとを重量比500:1で混合した以外、参考例1と同様な方法でFeを含むリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を得た。
<正極の作製>

[1]Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrの元素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
[2]前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、(1−x−y)Li 2 S・xGeS 2 ・yP 2 S 5 (0≦x<0.5,0≦y<0.4)である前記[1]記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
[3]前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、Li 4-x Ge 1-x P x S 4 (0.2<x≦0.9)である前記[1]記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
[4]前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、(1−x)Li 2 S・xP 2 S 5 (0.15≦x<0.5)である前記[1]記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
[5]正極と、負極と、固体電解質層とを備える固体電解質二次電池であって、
前記固体電解質層は、Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrの元素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含有する固体電解質二次電池。
[6]前記正極および前記負極のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記元素を含む前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含む前記[5]記載の固体電解質二次電池。
[7]前記[5]記載の固体電解質二次電池を含む電池パック。
Claims (7)
- Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrの元素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、(1−x−y)Li2S・xGeS2・yP2S5(0≦x<0.5,0≦y<0.4)である請求項1記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、Li4-xGe1-xPxS4(0.2<x≦0.9)である請求項1記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
- 前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物は、(1−x)Li2S・xP2S5(0.15≦x<0.5)である請求項1記載のリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物。
- 正極と、負極と、固体電解質層とを備える固体電解質二次電池であって、
前記固体電解質層は、Al,Si,Fe,NiおよびZrの元素からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含み、前記元素の総含有量が0.03質量%以上0.3質量%以下であるリチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含有する固体電解質二次電池。 - 前記正極および前記負極のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記元素を含む前記リチウムイオン伝導性硫化物を含む請求項5記載の固体電解質二次電池。
- 請求項5記載の固体電解質二次電池を含む電池パック。
