Description
図1乃至図4は、第1実施形態を示す。図1は、本実施形態の組電池1の全体の概略構成を示す縦断面図である。本実施形態の組電池1は、外装部材(ケース)2と、この外装部材2内に収納された電池本体3とを有する。外装部材2は、後述する構成のものを用いることができ、例えば2枚の樹脂フィルムの間に金属層を介在したラミネートフィルムからなる。
・負極電極9
この負極電極9は、負極集電体11と、前記集電体11の片面もしくは両面に担持され、活物質、導電剤および結着剤を含む負極層(負極活物質層12)とを有する。
この正極電極10は、正極集電体13と、前記正極電極10の片面もしくは両面に担持され、活物質、導電剤および結着剤を含む正極活物質層14とを有する。
図1乃至図4に示す第1の実施形態の組電池1の電極構造において、負極電極9と正極電極10の大きさは、70mm×90mmの矩形平板とした。リード6は、幅74mm×100mmの矩形平板状のアルミ箔によって形成されている。
第2の実施形態の構成の組電池101である。実施例1に記載の第1の非水電解質電池4の積層体を5つ用意し、各積層体を実施例1と同様に直列接続した。(図5(A),(B)および図6参照)

第6の実施形態の構成の組電池1である。実施例1に記載のアルミ箔のリード6において、幅90mm×100mmのものを準備した。アルミ箔の長辺方向2つのうち1つを16mmだけL字状に折る以外は実施例1に記載の電池と同様に作製した。(図10乃至図12参照)

第8の実施形態の構成の組電池401である。実施例1に記載の積層体において、最外層の電極が負極の積層体(第2の非水電解質電池5)と、正極の積層体(第1の非水電解質電池402)をそれぞれを準備した以外は実施例1に記載の電池と同様に作製した。(図15参照)

実施例1に記載の積層体(第1の非水電解質電池4)の2つをそれぞれラミネートし、直列接続した。

Claims (10)
- 第1の非水電解質電池と、
前記第1の非水電解質電池と隣り合って積層方向に積層される第2の非水電解質電池と、
前記第1の非水電解質電池と前記第2の非水電解質電池とを電気的に接続し、前記第1の非水電解質電池と前記第2の非水電解質電池との間に配置される介在部を備えるリードと、
前記第1の非水電解質電池、前記第2の非水電解質電池、及び前記リードを内部に収容する外装部材と、を具備し、
前記第1の非水電解質電池及び前記第2の非水電解質電池のそれぞれは、
正極集電体及び前記正極集電体の表面に設けられる正極活物質層を備える正極電極と、
負極集電体及び前記負極集電体の表面に設けられる負極活物質層を備える負極電極と、
電気的絶縁性を有し、前記積層方向について、前記リードから最も近い位置に位置する層を形成する絶縁層と、
前記正極電極及び前記負極電極に保持される非水電解質と、
を備え、
前記介在部において前記第1の非水電解質電池と対向する面の面積は、前記第1の非水電解質電池が前記介在部と対向する面の面積よりも大きく、
前記介在部において前記第2の非水電解質電池と対向する面の面積は、前記第2の非水電解質電池が前記介在部と対向する面の面積よりも大きく、
前記リードの一端部が、前記第1の非水電解質電池の前記正極電極に接続され、
前記リードの他端部が、前記第2の非水電解質電池の前記負極電極に接続され、
前記リードは、前記一端部から前記他端部まで一体に形成される、
