Abstract
Description
以下、図1を用いて、本願で開示する複層ガラスの第1の実施の形態について説明する。
以下、図2を用いて、本開示にかかる複層ガラスの第2の実施の形態について説明する。
以下、図4〜6を用いて、本開示にかかる複層ガラスの第3の実施の形態について説明する。
以下、図7、図8を用いて、本開示にかかる複層ガラスの第4の実施形態について説明する。
以上のように、本開示にかかる複層ガラスの例示として、実施の形態1〜4を用いてその内容を具体的に説明した。しかしながら、本開示にかかる複層ガラスは、これらの実施形態に限定されず、適宜、変更、置き換え、付加、省略などを行った形態にも適用可能である。また、上記実施の形態1〜4で説明した各構成要素を組み合わせて、新たな実施の形態とすることも可能である。

一対のガラス基板と、前記ガラス基板の間に配置され、前記一対の基板の間隔を一定に保つ複数のスペーサーを備え、前記ガラス基板の周縁部を封着して前記ガラス基板間に密閉可能な空間を形成し、前記空間内を減圧状態にした複層ガラスであって、
前記スペーサーは、1層以上の多孔体材料を含むことを特徴とする複層ガラス。
前記スペーサーは、多孔体ガラス材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の複層ガラス。
前記一対のガラス基板のうち、少なくとも1方のガラス基板は、可視光線を透過し、赤外線を反射する膜を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1および請求項2記載の複層ガラス。
前記多孔体材料は、中空シリカを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記多孔体材料は、結晶化ガラスおよびフィラーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記多孔体材料は、電気伝導性を持つ金属酸化物材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記多孔体材料は、前記ガラス基板との接触面が凹または凸形状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記スペーサーは、2層の多孔体材料からなり、前記ガラス基板と接触する層は、ガラスと密着性を持つ材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記スペーサーは、2層の多孔体ガラス材料からなり、前記ガラス基板と接触する層は熱遮断性を持つ材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の複層ガラス。
前記ガラス基板の周辺部に配置されるスペーサー間の間隔と前記ガラス基板の中心部に配置されるスペーサー間の間隔は異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9記載の複層ガラス。
前記ガラス基板の周辺部に配置されるスペーサーの大きさと前記ガラス基板の中心部に配置されるスペーサーの大きさは異なることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9記載の複層ガラス。
スペーサーを介して所定間隔をおいて対向配置された一対のガラス基板の周縁部を封着して前記ガラス基板間に密閉可能な空間を形成し、前記空間内を減圧状態にした複層ガラスを製造する製造方法であって、
前記スペーサーは、感光性ペーストを用いて1層以上の多孔体ガラス材料により形成することを特徴とする複層ガラスの製造方法。
Claims (10)
- 一対のガラス基板と、前記一対のガラス基板の間に配置された複数のスペーサーと、前記一対のガラス基板の周縁部を封着する封着材とを備え、
前記一対のガラス基板間に形成された密閉可能な空間内を減圧状態にした複層ガラスであって、
前記スペーサーは、前記一対のガラス基板の内の一方のガラス基板上に形成された多孔体材料からなることを特徴とする複層ガラス。 - 前記スペーサーが、前記スペーサーを構成する材料をバインダーに混ぜて形成されたものであり、前記スペーサーに形成された空孔は前記バインダーが除去されて形成されたものである請求項1に記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、ガラス材料の多孔体からなる請求項1または2に記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、多孔体材料として中空シリカを含む請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、多孔体材料として耐熱セラミックスからなるフィラーを含む請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
- 多孔体材料としてさらに結晶化ガラスを含む請求項5に記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、多孔体材料として電気伝導性を持つ金属酸化物材料を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーの空効率が1〜20%である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、少なくとも2層の多孔体材料からなり、前記一対のガラス基板のうちの前記スペーサーが形成されていない側のガラス基板と接触する層は、他の層に比べてガラスとの密着性が高い材料で構成されている請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
- 前記スペーサーは、少なくとも2層の多孔体材料からなり、前記一対のガラス基板のうちの前記スペーサーが形成されていない側のガラス基板と接触する層は、他の層に比べて熱遮断性が高い請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の複層ガラス。
