Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- ワークを上下から挟んで保持し、昇降させる昇降装置において、
前記ワークに対して上方から当接される上側挟持部と、
前記ワークに対して下方から当接される下側挟持部と、
上側挟持部及び下側挟持部の昇降移動をガイドするガイド機構と、
前記下側挟持部を前記ガイド機構に沿って昇降駆動させる駆動機構と、
前記上側挟持部及び下側挟持部の降下移動の際、前記下側挟持部が降下下限に到達する前に前記上側挟持部が停止するように設定され、前記上側挟持部の降下下限を規定するストッパと、
を備えたことを特徴とする昇降装置。 - 前記ガイド機構は、
左右方向に離間して立設された一対の支柱部と、
前記一対の支柱部にそれぞれ設けられ、上下方向に延設されたレール部と、
前記上側挟持部及び前記下側挟持部の、左右方向の両端部にそれぞれ設けられ、前記レール部に係合すると共に、該レール部に沿ってスライドするスライダと、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇降装置。 - 前記レール部が、
前記上側挟持部に設けた前記スライダと、前記下側挟持部に設けた前記スライダと、に共通のレール部材を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の昇降装置。 - 前記上側挟持部が、
初期位置から上方に向かって回動自在なレバー部材と、
前記レバー部材を前記初期位置に付勢する付勢部材と、を備え、
前記レバー部材は、
前記ストッパと当接する当接部と、
前記下側挟持部と係合する係合部と、を有し、
前記当接部が前記ストッパと当接することにより前記レバー部材が前記初期位置から上方に向かって回動し、前記係合部の係合が解除されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇降装置。 - 前記上側挟持部を貫通して上下方向に延び、前記下側挟持部に設けられたロッドと、
前記ロッドの、前記上側挟持部から突出した部分に設けられる被付勢部と、
前記被付勢部と前記上側挟持部とを互いに離間する方向に付勢する付勢部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇降装置。 - 前記被付勢部が、
前記ロッドの前記部分に設けられるフランジ部材であり、
前記付勢部材が、
前記ロッドが挿通した弾性部材であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の昇降装置。 - 前記上側挟持部に取り付けられ、前記ロッド及び前記フランジ部材が挿通されると共に、前記弾性部材がその内部空間に収容される有底の筒体を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の昇降装置。
- 前記筒体に対する前記フランジ部材の位置を検出するセンサを備えたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の昇降装置。
- 前記上側挟持部及び前記下側挟持部にそれぞれ設けられ、前記ワークと係合する位置決め部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の昇降装置。
