- 蓄電装置と、エンジンに機械的に接続された発電電動機と、当該発電電動機に機械的に接続された油圧ポンプと、当該油圧ポンプから供給される作動油によって駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記蓄電装置および前記発電電動機に電力線を介して接続され車輪を駆動する電動機と、前記車輪の回転を制動する制動装置とを備える作業車両の制御装置において、
前記電動機が回生制動時に発生する回生電力が前記蓄電装置の許容充電電力を超えるとき、その余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動する発電電動機制御部と、
前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動しているときに前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が設定値より大きくなったら、前記電動機が発生する回生トルクを低減する電動機制御部と、
前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動しているときに前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が前記設定値より大きくなったら、前記制動装置が発生する制動トルクを増加するブレーキ制御部とを備えることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記ブレーキ制御部は、前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動しているときに前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が前記設定値より大きくなったら、前記電動機制御部による回生トルクの低減に合わせて前記制動装置が発生する制動トルクを増加することを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記油圧ポンプは可変容量型油圧ポンプであり、
前記発電電動機制御部が前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動している場合において、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量が操作者によって要求される値に保持されるように前記油圧ポンプの傾転角を前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数の増加に合わせて小さくする傾転角制御部をさらに備えることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記油圧アクチュエータが動作中であるか否かを判定する動作判定部をさらに備え、
前記傾転角制御部は、前記発電電動機制御部が前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動している場合において、
A)前記動作判定部において前記油圧アクチュエータが動作していないと判定されたときに、前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が他の設定値より大きくなったら、当該回転数が増加するほど前記油圧ポンプの傾転角を大きくし、
B)前記動作判定部において前記油圧アクチュエータが動作中であると判定されたときに、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量がオペレータに要求される値に保持されるように前記油圧ポンプの傾転角を前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数の増加に合わせて小さくすることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記電動機制御部が前記電動機の回生トルクを低減し始める前記設定値は、前記傾転角制御部が前記油圧ポンプの傾転角を大きくし始める前記他の設定値よりも大きいことを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記油圧ポンプは可変容量型油圧ポンプであり、
前記油圧アクチュエータが動作中であるか否かを判定する動作判定部と、
当該動作判定部において前記油圧アクチュエータが動作していないと判定され、かつ、前記発電電動機制御部が前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動している場合において、前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が他の設定値より大きくなったら、当該回転数が増加するほど前記油圧ポンプの傾転角を大きくする傾転角制御部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を調節する圧力調節手段と、
前記発電電動機制御部が前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動している場合において、前記エンジン、前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が他の設定値より大きくなったら、当該回転数が増加するほど前記圧力調節手段により前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を増加する圧力制御部とをさらに備えることを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 請求項7に記載の作業車両の制御装置において、
前記電動機制御部が前記電動機の回生トルクを低減し始める前記設定値は、前記圧力制御部が前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧を増加し始める前記他の設定値よりも大きいことを特徴とする作業車両の制御装置。 - 蓄電装置と、当該蓄電装置に電力線を介して接続された発電電動機と、当該発電電動機に機械的に接続された油圧ポンプと、当該油圧ポンプから供給される作動油によって駆動される油圧アクチュエータと、前記蓄電装置および前記発電電動機に電力線を介して接続され車輪を駆動する電動機と、前記車輪の回転を制動する制動装置とを備える作業車両の制御装置において、
前記電動機が回生制動時に発生する回生電力が前記蓄電装置の許容充電電力を超えるとき、その余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動する発電電動機制御部と、
前記余剰電力で前記発電電動機を駆動しているときに前記発電電動機又は前記油圧ポンプの回転数が設定値より大きくなったら、前記電動機が発生する回生トルクを低減する電動機制御部と、
