図1は、本発明の実施の形態による充電制御装置10を含む充電システム20の構成を示すブロック図である。図に示すように、充電システム20は、充電制御装置10、電源部201、コンタクタ202,203,204、測定部205,206,207を備えている。
ルール保持部303は、充電制御装置10において行われる充電制御のルールを保持する。ルール保持部303において保持されるルールは、充電制御装置10の外部から変更することが可能である。また、充電制御装置10における制御結果を踏まえて内部的にルールを更新することもできる。

Claims (6)
- 複数の電気自動車の充電を制御する充電制御装置であって、
コンタクタを介して接続された電気自動車の充電状態が所定の条件を満たすか否かを判断し、前記条件を満たす場合にはその電気自動車の充電を行い、前記条件を満たさない場合にはその電気自動車の充電を中断して他の電気自動車の充電を行うよう決定する充電判断部と、
前記充電判断部の前記決定に基づいて前記コンタクタを制御するコンタクタ制御部と、を備えた充電制御装置。 - 前記充電状態は、前記電気自動車の充電池の電荷残量であり、
前記条件は、前記電荷残量が所定の閾値以下であることである、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記充電状態は、前記電気自動車の充電時の電流値であり、
前記条件は、前記電流値が所定の閾値以上であることである、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記充電状態は、前記電気自動車の充電時の電圧値であり、
前記条件は、前記電圧値が所定の閾値以下であることである、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。 - 複数の電気自動車の充電を制御する充電制御方法であって、
コンタクタを介して接続された電気自動車の充電状態が所定の条件を満たすか否かを判断し、前記条件を満たす場合にはその電気自動車の充電を行い、前記条件を満たさない場合にはその電気自動車の充電を中断して他の電気自動車の充電を行うよう決定するステップと、
前記決定に基づいて前記コンタクタを制御するステップと、を備えた充電制御方法。 - コンピュータを、
複数の電気自動車の充電を制御する充電制御装置として機能させるプログラムであって、
前記コンピュータを、
コンタクタを介して接続された電気自動車の充電状態が所定の条件を満たすか否かを判断し、前記条件を満たす場合にはその電気自動車の充電を行い、前記条件を満たさない場合にはその電気自動車の充電を中断して他の電気自動車の充電を行うよう決定する充電判断部と、
前記充電判断部の前記決定に基づいて前記コンタクタを制御するコンタクタ制御部と、して機能させるプログラム。
