Abstract
Description
温度条件:気槽25℃±2℃ (鉛蓄電池近傍の風速は2.0m/sec以下)
放電:
放電1) 放電電流45A±1A で59.0秒±0.2秒
放電2) 放電電流 300A±1A で1.0秒±0.2秒
充電:充電電圧14.0V±0.03V 制限電流100Aで60.0秒±0.3秒
放置条件:3600サイクルごとに40〜48時間放置した後、再びサイクルを開始する。
試験終了条件:放電電圧が7.20V未満になったことを確認したとき。
補水条件:30000サイクルまでは行わない。
試験終了時に到達したサイクル数を寿命特性とした。

Claims (8)
- 複数のセルが直線状に配列され、前記セル内に配置した極板群が直列に接続された構成を有するとともに、電解液に含まれるアンチモンの濃度は、両端に位置する前記セルの中のアンチモン濃度が中間に位置する前記セルの中のアンチモン濃度よりも高いことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
- 内部端子をインサート成型した内蓋と、外部端子をインサート成型した外蓋とを備え、前記内蓋と前記外蓋とを密着させることで蓋とし、前記内部端子と前記外部端子とを極柱を介して接続させることで端子としたことを特徴とする鉛蓄電池。
- 前記外部端子を、前記内部端子より硬い金属で構成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 複数のセルが直線状に配列された電槽と端子を設けた蓋とを有し、前記セル内に配置した極板群が直列に接続され、両端の前記セルに配置した一方の極板を、極柱を介して前記端子と接続した構成を有するとともに、電解液に含まれるアンチモンの濃度は、両端に位置する前記セルの中のアンチモン濃度が中間に位置する前記セルの中のアンチモン濃度よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記内部端子がアンチモンを実質的に含まないことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液に含まれるアンチモン濃度が4ppm以上500ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液に含まれるアンチモン濃度の高いセルと低いセルにおけるアンチモン濃度の比が1.2以上かつ6.8以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6に記載の鉛蓄電池。
- 前記電解液に含まれるアンチモン濃度のセル間におけるアンチモン濃度の比が2以上3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の鉛蓄電池。
