Claims (3)
- モータの動力が入力される入力軸と、
その入力軸または前記モータから動力が伝達されると共に、伝達された動力による入力回転を減速する減速装置と、
その減速装置から動力が伝達される出力軸と、
前記入力軸から前記減速装置までの動力の伝達経路上に配設され、前記モータが正回転する場合に、動力を前記入力軸から前記減速装置に遮断可能に伝達する一方、前記減速装置から前記入力軸への動力の伝達を遮断する第1クラッチと、
その第1クラッチにより前記入力軸から前記減速装置へ動力が伝達される場合に前記減速装置の動作を規制して前記モータからの入力回転を前記出力軸に伝達する、又は、前記入力軸から動力が伝達されると共に前記第1クラッチにより前記入力軸から前記減速装置への動力の伝達が遮断される場合に前記入力軸から伝達される入力回転を前記減速装置の減速比よりも大きい減速比で減速し前記出力軸に伝達する減速比変更装置とを備え、
前記第1クラッチは、
断面円形状の外周面を有し軸心回りに回転可能に構成される第1内輪と、
その第1内輪の外周面に対向する断面円形状の内周面を有し前記軸心回りに回転可能に構成される第1外輪と、
その第1外輪の内周面および前記第1内輪の外周面にそれぞれ接する係合面を有し前記第1内輪の外周面および前記第1外輪の内周面の対向間において円周方向に複数配設される第1スプラグと、
その第1スプラグを前記第1内輪の外周面および前記第1外輪の内周面の円周方向へ傾動可能に保持する保持器と、
前記第1スプラグに付勢力を付与して前記第1内輪の外周面および前記第1外輪の内周面に前記第1スプラグの係合面が接するようにその第1スプラグを前記円周方向のセルフロック方向へ傾動させる付勢部材と、
その付勢部材の付勢力に抗して前記保持器を介して前記第1スプラグに荷重を付与して前記セルフロック方向とは逆方向であって前記円周方向の反セルフロック方向へ前記第1スプラグを傾動させる第1荷重付与装置とを備えた車両に用いられる車両用制御装置であって、
前記入力軸の回転数を取得する回転数取得手段と、
前記車両に減速比の大きな低速段から高速段への変速要求があるかを判断するアップシフト要求判断手段と、
そのアップシフト要求判断手段により前記変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された入力軸の回転数が、前記第1クラッチの第1内輪の回転数と第1外輪の回転数とが一致する前記入力軸の第1同期回転数以下であるかを判断する高速段回転数判断手段と、
その高速段回転数判断手段により前記入力軸の回転数が第1同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、前記第1クラッチの第1荷重付与装置を非作動として、前記第1クラッチの第1スプラグに付与した荷重を解除する荷重解除手段とを備えていることを特徴とする車両用制御装置。 - 前記荷重解除手段は、前記高速段回転数判断手段により前記回転数が第1同期回転数より所定回転数低い目標回転数以上かつ前記第1同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、前記第1荷重付与装置を非作動として、前記第1クラッチの第1スプラグに付与した荷重を解除することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記車両に減速比の大きな低速段への変速要求があるかを判断するダウンシフト要求判断手段と、
そのダウンシフト要求判断手段により前記変速要求があると判断される場合に、前記回転数取得手段により取得された入力軸の回転数が、第2同期回転数以下であるかを判断する低速段回転数判断手段と、
その低速段回転数判断手段により前記入力軸の回転数が第2同期回転数以下であると判断される場合に、前記第1クラッチの第1荷重付与装置を作動して、前記第1クラッチの第1スプラグに荷重を付与する荷重付与手段とを備え、
前記車両の前記減速比変更装置は、前記第1クラッチによる入力軸から減速装置への動力の遮断および伝達に連動して結合および解除される第2クラッチを備え、
前記第2クラッチは、
断面円形状の外周面を有し軸心回りに回転可能に構成される第2内輪と、

その第2外輪の内周面および前記第2内輪の外周面にそれぞれ接する係合面を有し前記第2内輪の外周面および前記第2外輪の内周面の対向間において円周方向に複数配設される第2スプラグと、
その第2スプラグを前記第2内輪の外周面および前記第2外輪の内周面の円周方向へ傾動可能に保持する保持器と、
前記第2スプラグに付勢力を付与して前記第2内輪の外周面および前記第2外輪の内周面に前記第2スプラグの係合面が接するようにその第2スプラグを前記円周方向のセルフロック方向へ傾動させる付勢部材とを備え、
前記第2同期回転数は、前記第2クラッチの第2内輪の回転数と第2外輪の回転数とが一致する前記入力軸の回転数であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用制御装置。
