Abstract
Description
前記エンボスを有する面の反対面に微細な凹凸が形成されており、当該凹凸の平均間隔Smが600〜1600μmであり、且つ表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.2〜2.2μmであることを特徴とする積層体形成用フィルムによって達成される。
(1)前記エンボスを有する面の反対面の微細な凹凸の平均間隔Smが600〜1200μmである。
(2)前記エンボスを有する反対面の表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.7〜2.2μmである。
(3)前記エチレン-不飽和エステル共重合体がエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
(4)前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル繰り返し単位の含有量が、前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、20〜35質量部である請求項4に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
(5)合わせガラス用中間膜又は太陽電池用封止膜である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。本発明の積層体形成用フィルムは、非エンボス面が良好なタックを有しているので、積層時に精確な位置決めが必要とされる合わせガラス用中間膜や太陽電池用封止膜として特に有効である。
本発明において、エチレン−不飽和エステル共重合体は、特に制限はなく、用途に応じて使用できる。例えば、エチレン−不飽和エステル共重合体の不飽和エステル単量体として、酢酸ビニル、プロピオン酸ビニルのようなビニルエステル等、アクリル酸メチル、アクリル酸エチル、アクリル酸イソブチル、アクリル酸n−ブチル、アクリル酸イソオクチル、メタクリル酸メチル、メタクリル酸イソブチル、マレイン酸ジメチル、マレイン酸ジエチルなどの不飽和カルボン酸エステルが挙げられる。
架橋剤としては、好ましくは100℃以上の温度で分解してラジカルを発生する有機過酸化物を使用することができる。有機過酸化物は、一般に、成膜温度、組成物の調整条件、硬化温度、被着体の耐熱性、貯蔵安定性を考慮して選択される。特に、半減期10時間の分解温度が70℃以上のものが好ましい。前記有機過酸化物としては、樹脂の加工温度・貯蔵安定性の観点から、例えば、

架橋助剤は、エチレン−不飽和エステル共重合体のゲル分率を向上させ、積層体形成用フィルムの接着性及び耐久性を向上させることができる。架橋助剤(官能基としてラジカル重合性基を有する化合物)としては、トリアリルシアヌレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレート等の3官能の架橋助剤の他、(メタ)アクリルエステル(例、NKエステル等)の単官能又は2官能の架橋助剤等を挙げることができる。なかでも、トリアリルシアヌレートおよびトリアリルイソシアヌレートが好ましく、特にトリアリルイソシアヌレートが好ましい。これらの架橋助剤は、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、一般に10質量部以下、好ましくは0.1〜5質量部で使用される。
本発明の積層体形成用フィルムは、一方の面にエンボスが付与され、保管時の耐ブロッキング性、製造時の脱気性が確保されており、且つ非エンボス面が良好なタックを有しているので、積層時に精確な位置決めが必要とされる合わせガラス用中間膜又は太陽電池用封止膜として好ましく使用することができる。
(積層体形成用フィルムの作製)
(実施例1〜8、比較例1〜3)
下記配合:
EVA(EVA100質量部に対する酢酸ビニルの含有量;26質量部);100質量部
架橋剤(2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサン);1質量部
架橋助剤(トリアリルイソシアヌレート);2質量部
添加剤(γ−メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン);0.5質量部
をロールミルに供給し、70℃で、混練してEVA組成物を調製し、70℃で、カレンダ成形し、フィルムを得た。続いて、そのフィルムのエンボス面に対して、凸部がストライプ状の微細な凹凸形状パターン(表面の算術平均粗さRa;10μm)のエンボスロールと、表1に示したロール表面の算術平均粗さRaのゴム製押圧ロールを用いて、表1に示したエンボスロールのプレス圧、ロール温度30℃でエンボスを付与した。その後、フィルムをガイドロールによって搬送しながら冷却し、ロール状に巻き取り、積層体形成用フィルム(厚さ0.6mm)を得た。なお、ここでは、搬送時にフィルムにかかる張力も制御して、表1に示した非エンボス面に形成された微細な凹凸の平均間隔Smと表面の算術平均粗さRaの積層体形成用フィルムを得た。
(評価方法)
(1)タックの測定
上記で作製した各積層体形成用フィルムの非エンボス面をガラス板に接触させ、500gの荷重を90秒かけた後、300mm/分の速度で剥がしたときの密着力をタックメータ(MODEL:DPX−SOT(イマダ社製))にて測定した。密着力が0.4N以上で合格とした。
(2)エンボス転写性
上記で作製した各積層体形成用フィルムのエンボス面の状態を目視観察し、エンボスが明瞭に形成されている場合を○、不明瞭な部分が僅かにある場合を△、不明瞭な部分が目立つ場合を×として評価した。△以上を合格とした。
(3)モジュール積層時のハンドリング性
上記で作成した各積層体形成用フィルムを太陽電池モジュールに積層する際のハンドリング性を評価した。
積層し易い場合を○、やや積層し難い場合を△、積層し難い場合を×とした。
(4)表面の算術平均粗さRa及び凹凸の平均間隔Smの測定
表面粗さ計(サートロニック3+(ランクテーラーホブソン社製))を用いて、JIS−B0601(1994)に準拠した方法により測定した。
(評価結果)
上記各評価の結果を表1に示す。実施例1〜8において、非エンボス面の凹凸の平均間隔Smが600〜1600μmであり、且つ表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.2〜2.2μmの積層体形成用フィルムの非エンボス面のタックは0.4〜1.6Nで、合格であった。エンボス面のエンボス転写性、モジュール積層時のハンドリング性も合格であった。但し、モジュール積層時のハンドリング性は非エンボス面の凹凸の平均間隔Smが1600μm、表面の算術平均粗さ1.2μmの場合はやや劣っていた。これに対し、比較例1〜3において、非エンボス面の凹凸平均間隔Sm及び、表面の算術平均粗さRaが、上記範囲を外れる積層体形成用フィルムは、非エンボス面のタックは0.3N以下で不合格であり、積層時のハンドリング性も不合格であった。

Claims (6)
- エチレン−不飽和エステル共重合体を含む組成物からなるフィルムであって、前記フィルムの一方の面にのみエンボスを有する積層体形成用フィルムにおいて、
前記エンボスを有する面の反対面に微細な凹凸が形成されており、当該凹凸の平均間隔Smが600〜1600μmであり、且つ表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.2〜2.2μmであることを特徴とする積層体形成用フィルム。 - 前記エンボスを有する面の反対面の微細な凹凸の平均間隔Smが600〜1200μmである請求項1に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
- 前記エンボスを有する反対面の表面の算術平均粗さRaが1.7〜2.2μmである請求項1又は2に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
- 前記エチレン-不飽和エステル共重合体がエチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
- 前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体の酢酸ビニル繰り返し単位の含有量が、前記エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、20〜35質量部である請求項4に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
- 合わせガラス用中間膜又は太陽電池用封止膜である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層体形成用フィルム。
