実施例1で得た硬綿状のマット材10の両面に、スプレーにより乾燥後重量で20g/m2となるように、ポリエステル樹脂をバインダーとするリン窒素系難燃剤の水系ディスパージョンを付与してから、180℃で5分間熱処理した。
Claims (8)
- 高温強度を1000℃以上で維持する高耐熱性の無機繊維30〜80%と、耐熱性の有機繊維0〜50%と、低融点の有機繊維20〜40%とを均一に混綿したマット材であって、カードラップなどの薄葉ウエブを形成し、該薄葉ウエブをシート厚み方向に折り返しながら縦配列して得た嵩高い綿状素材を熱処理することによって全体をマット化し、得たマット材の少なくとも片面に難燃または不燃シートを貼り合わせており、ガスバーナーの炎を5分間当接する燃焼試験においてマット材に穴が開かず、この燃焼試験の際にマット背面に手をかざすことができる高耐熱性の断熱吸音材。
- 高耐熱性の無機繊維が、シリカ繊維、Sガラス繊維、炭化ケイ素繊維、ホウ素繊維、アルミナシリケート繊維、チタン酸アルカリ繊維、セラミック繊維の単独または混合体である請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
- 高耐熱性の無機繊維が、シリカ繊維である請求項2記載の断熱吸音材。
- それぞれの原料繊維および難燃または不燃シートが撥水剤で処理されている請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
- 難燃または不燃シートの通気度が0.1cm3/cm2/秒未満である請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
- 難燃または不燃シートが、難燃成分を含む樹脂を介してマット材に貼り合わされる請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
- 難燃または不燃シートに、難燃性樹脂を付与している請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
- マット材に関して、少なくとも難燃または不燃シートが存在しない面に難燃性樹脂を塗布している請求項1記載の断熱吸音材。
