- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽と、膜分離装置を浸漬した膜分離槽との間で消化液を循環し、膜分離槽内の消化液もしくはメタン発酵槽から膜分離槽へ流入する消化液にpH調整剤を添加することにより、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、膜分離槽内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽と、膜分離装置を浸漬した膜分離槽との間で消化液を循環し、メタン発酵槽で発生するバイオガスからCO2濃度を高めたCO2リッチガスを分離し、CO2リッチガスを膜分離槽内の消化液もしくはメタン発酵槽から膜分離槽へ流入する消化液に吹き込んでCO2を溶解させることにより、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、膜分離槽内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- メタン発酵槽から取り出す消化液を濃縮分離手段で濃縮して、無機スケール生成物質を無機系汚泥として含む濃縮汚泥と分離液とに分離し、濃縮汚泥を系外へ余剰消化汚泥として排出し、分離液を膜分離槽へ移送することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽から消化液を取り出し、この消化液を加圧型膜分離装置で濃縮して分離液と濃縮汚泥とに分離し、加圧型膜分離装置の分離液を系外へ取り出し、加圧型膜分離装置の濃縮汚泥をメタン発酵槽へ返送し、メタン発酵槽から加圧型膜分離装置へ供給する消化液にpH調整剤を添加することにより、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、加圧型膜分離装置内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 有機性廃棄物が無機スケール生成物質としてリン、マグネシウム、窒素を含み、目標pH条件を6.6<pH<8.0、好ましくは6.8<pH<7.8に調整することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽と、メタン発酵槽との間で消化液が循環する膜分離槽と、膜分離槽に浸漬した膜分離装置と、膜分離槽内の消化液もしくはメタン発酵槽から膜分離槽へ流入する消化液にpH調整剤を添加するpH調整剤添加手段と、膜分離槽における消化液のpHを測定するpH計と、pH調整剤添加手段によるpH調整剤の添加量をpH計の測定値を指標として制御する制御装置を備え、制御装置によるpH調整剤の添加量の調整によって、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、膜分離槽内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽と、メタン発酵槽との間で消化液が循環する膜分離槽と、膜分離槽に浸漬した膜分離装置と、メタン発酵槽で発生するバイオガスからCO2濃度を高めたCO2リッチガスを分離し、CO2リッチガスを膜分離槽内の消化液もしくはメタン発酵槽から膜分離槽へ流入する消化液に吹き込むCO2濃縮手段と、膜分離槽における消化液のpHを測定するpH計と、CO2濃縮手段によるCO2リッチガスの吹込量を、pH計の測定値を指標として制御する制御装置を備え、制御装置によるCO2リッチガスの吹込量の調整によって、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、膜分離槽内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
- メタン発酵槽から導く消化液を濃縮して無機スケール生成物質を無機系汚泥として含む濃縮汚泥と分離液とに分離し、濃縮汚泥を系外へ余剰消化汚泥として排出し、分離液を膜分離槽へ移送する濃縮分離手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
- 無機スケール生成物質を含む原料の有機性廃棄物が流入するメタン発酵槽と、メタン発酵槽から導く消化液を濃縮して分離液と濃縮汚泥とに分離し、分離液を系外へ取り出し、濃縮汚泥をメタン発酵槽へ返送する加圧型膜分離装置と、メタン発酵槽から加圧型膜分離装置へ供給する消化液にpH調整剤を添加するpH調整剤添加手段と、メタン発酵槽から加圧型膜分離装置へ供給する消化液のpHを測定するpH計と、pH調整剤添加手段によるpH調整剤の添加量を、pH計の測定値を指標として制御する制御装置を備え、制御装置によるpH調整剤の添加量の調整によって、メタン発酵槽内のpH条件をメタン発酵に適した最適化pH条件近似の所定範囲内に維持しつつ、加圧型膜分離装置内のpH条件をスケールが生成しない目標pH条件以下の所定範囲内に調整することを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理装置。
