Description
模擬排水(IC(無機炭素):200mg/L、Ca濃度:500mg/L)を用いて、各導電率、各pH条件におけるカルシウム析出量を分析した。pHは、硫酸または苛性ソーダ、導電率は塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)を用いて調整した。
表1に記載の実排水を処理する場合、導電率を12,000μS/cm以上に調整する排水の組み合わせとしては、例えば排水A:排水B:排水C=2:4:4であるので、この配合に従い、嫌気性生物処理を行った。実排水を用いた連続通水試験にて、被処理水および処理水のカルシウム濃度を測定することでカルシウムの蓄積について検討した。被処理水は、塩酸を用いてpH8.9を6.7に調整(導電率は、20,000〜24,900μS/cmに上昇)して通水した。

実排水を用いて、各pH、導電率における嫌気グラニュール汚泥のメタン生成活性について評価した。結果を図5,6に示す。図5は、各pHにおける嫌気グラニュール汚泥のメタン生成活性を示し、図6は、各導電率における嫌気グラニュール汚泥のメタン生成活性を示す。
Claims (7)
- カルシウムを250mg/L以上含有する有機排水を処理する嫌気排水処理装置であって、
前記有機排水に対して嫌気性生物処理を行うための嫌気反応槽と、
前記嫌気反応槽内のpHを6以上8以下に調整するpH調整手段と、
前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を12,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整する導電率調整手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする嫌気排水処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の嫌気排水処理装置であって、
前記導電率の調整に高塩濃度排水を使用することを特徴とする嫌気排水処理装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の嫌気排水処理装置であって、
前記導電率調整手段は、前記嫌気反応槽内のpHが6以上7.5未満の場合には、前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を12,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整し、前記嫌気反応槽内のpHが7.5以上8以下の場合には、前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を16,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整することを特徴とする嫌気排水処理装置。 - カルシウムを250mg/L以上含有する有機排水を処理する嫌気排水処理方法であって、
前記有機排水に対して嫌気性生物処理を行う嫌気反応槽内のpHを6以上8以下に調整するとともに、前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を12,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整して処理することを特徴とする嫌気排水処理方法。 - 請求項4に記載の嫌気排水処理方法であって、
前記導電率の調整に高塩濃度排水を使用することを特徴とする嫌気排水処理方法。 - 請求項4または5に記載の嫌気排水処理方法であって、
前記嫌気反応槽内のpHが6以上7.5未満の場合には、前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を12,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整し、前記嫌気反応槽内のpHが7.5以上8以下の場合には、前記嫌気反応槽内の導電率を16,000μS/cm以上25,000μS/cm以下に調整して処理することを特徴とする嫌気排水処理方法。 - 請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の嫌気排水処理方法であって、
前記有機排水が、製糖工場の排水であることを特徴とする嫌気排水処理方法。
