Claims (7)
- 磁界または電界中で分極する粉末が充填される充填室と、この充填室内に充填された粉末に対し磁場または電場の印加を可能とする磁場または電場発生手段と、磁界または電界発生手段によって磁場または電場を印加した状態で粉末を攪拌して配向させる攪拌手段と、攪拌して配向したものに対し、磁界または電界中で圧縮力を加えて成形する加圧手段とを備えたことを特徴とする成形装置。
- 前記攪拌手段を、充填室内に対して進退自在に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形装置。
- 前記充填室は、この充填室内への前記粉末の充填が行われる開口を有し、前記攪拌手段を充填室内に移動させたとき、この開口を塞ぐ蓋体を前記攪拌手段に一体に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の成形装置。
- 前記攪拌手段を非磁性材料から構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の成形装置。
- 前記磁界発生手段は、磁界の強さが5〜30k0eの範囲の静磁界を発生できるものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の成形装置。
- 前記磁界発生手段は、磁界の強さが5〜50k0eの範囲の脈動パルス磁界を発生できるものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の成形装置。
- 前記粉末は、急冷法により作製した希土類磁石用の合金原料粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載の成形装置。
