Claims (9)
- 原料粉末を充填室に充填し、この原料粉末に対し、当該充填室の横断面積より小さい面積を有する押圧手段を押付けながら磁界中にて配向する配向工程と、この配向したものを磁界中で所定形状に圧縮成形する成形工程とを含むことを特徴とする永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記充填室の横断面全面に亘って押圧手段の押付けが行われるように、当該押圧手段の位置を順次変化させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記押圧手段を押付ける際に、当該押圧手段をその押付け方向に振動させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記原料粉末に所定の混合割合で潤滑剤を添加して混合した後に充填室に充填することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記押圧手段は非磁性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 原料粉末を変形自在な袋体に充填する工程と、
前記袋体に対し局所的な押圧力を加えて袋体内の原料粉末を混練しながら磁界中にて配向する工程と、
前記配向した原料粉末を磁界中にて所定形状に圧縮成形する工程とを含むことを特徴とする永久磁石の製造方法。 - 前記原料粉末に所定の混合割合で潤滑剤を添加して混合した後に袋体に充填することを特徴とする請求項6記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記成形工程に加えてまたは前記成形工程にかえて、配向したものまたは圧縮成形したものを焼結する焼結工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
- 前記原料粉末は、急冷法により作製した希土類磁石用のものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の永久磁石の製造方法。
