Claims (5)
- 駆動源からのトルクを受けて回動するプーリと、圧縮機本体の駆動軸に連結されてこの駆動軸と同調して回転するハブ部と、前記プーリが受けたトルクを前記ハブ部に伝達する円板部とを有して構成され、
前記円板部には前記プーリが受けたトルクが所定値以上になった場合に破断して前記プーリから前記ハブ部へのトルクの伝達を規制する破断部が形成されていると共に、
前記破断部の破断時に破損した部材が脱落するのを防止するためのストッパを前記円板部に対し前記駆動軸の軸方向において前記破断部を覆うように配置してなることを特徴とする圧縮機のトルク伝達装置。 - 前記ストッパは金属材料により形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機のトルク伝達装置。
- 前記ストッパは前記駆動軸の軸方向に開口した通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮機のトルク伝達装置。
- 前記ストッパは冷却用フィンが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3のいずれかに記載の圧縮機のトルク伝達装置。
- 前記ストッパは前記駆動軸側から当該駆動軸の径方向に延出したフランジを有しており、このフランジの延出方向端は前記円板部の破断部よりも前記駆動軸の径方向外側に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4のいずれかに記載の圧縮機のトルク伝達装置。
