Abstract
Description
請求項2によれば、軸部が必要な疲労強度と磨耗強度を保持するため、シリンダ側との接触による繰り返しの負荷及びガイドとの摺動で生じる摩擦に対する高強度化を達成できる。
図5は、素材(このケースではSUS305)のビッカーズ硬度(横軸)に対する疲労強度(縦軸)の変化を示すものとしている。温度は、バルブの首部の使用条件を想定して600℃温度下としている。縦軸の300MPaは、首部14に求められる疲労強度である。

Claims (6)
- 素材をカップ型に成形し、前記カップ型成形品の開口縁部を厚肉状に成形する、冷間プレス成形工程と、前記カップ型成形品を軟化させる中間焼鈍工程と、前記カップ型成形品の前記開口端にフレア状に開口する首部を形成し、前記首部と一体として円筒形状の軸部を形成し、前記厚肉状の開口縁部外周にテーパー形状のフェース部を形成する冷間絞り成形工程を経ることで、各部が異なる硬度とされた、冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブであって、
前記首部のビッカース硬度が略250HV以上350HV以下であることを特徴とする冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブ。 - 前記軸部のビッカース硬度が略350HV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1の冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブ。
- 前記テーパー形状のフェース部の表層部のビッカース硬度が略380HV以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブ。
- 素材をカップ型に成形し、前記カップ型成形品の開口縁部を厚肉状に成形する、冷間プレス成形工程と、前記カップ型成形品を軟化させる中間焼鈍工程と、前記カップ型成形品の前記開口端にフレア状に開口する首部を形成し、前記首部と一体として円筒形状の軸部を形成し、前記厚肉状の開口縁部外周にテーパー形状のフェース部を形成する冷間絞り成形工程と、を備えた冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブの製造方法であって、
前記冷間絞り成形工程開始前に少なくとも1回の中間焼鈍工程を行い、必要に応じて前記冷間絞り成形工程の途中に適宜回数の中間焼鈍工程を行うことで、前記首部のビッカース硬度を略250HV以上350HV以下にすることを特徴とする冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブの製造方法。 - 前記冷間絞り成形工程により、前記軸部のビッカーズ硬度を略350HV以上にすることを特徴とする請求項4記載の冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブの製造方法。
- 前記冷間絞り成形工程後の冷間鍛造工程により、前記フェース部の表層部のビッカーズ硬度を略380HV以上にすることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の冷媒入り中空ポペットバルブの製造方法。
