Abstract
Description
この発明のLED灯具の第2の態様は、前記リフレクタ構造体は、前記レンズに相対して位置する前記壁部と、前記フラット回路体の前記LEDが挿入されるLED取付穴と、前記壁部の複数の前記開口部を形成し前記LED取付穴と連絡するテーパ状に形成された係合部とを備えており、前記フラット回路体に実装された複数の前記LEDの各々が前記LED取付穴から前記係合部によって形成される前記開口部に突出して固定されているLED灯具である。
この発明のLED灯具の第3の態様は、前記係合部の前記開口部に面する側に、更に反射体を備えているLED灯具である。
この発明のLED灯具の第4の態様は、前記リフレクタ構造体は、前記レンズに相対して位置する前記壁部と、前記開口部を形成するテーパ状に形成された係合部と、前記係合部の下端部にソケットを係合するソケット係合部を備えており、前記フラット回路体のLEDが実装される個所に、LEDが収容されLEDで発光した光を通す孔を有するソケットが設けられ、前記リフレクタ構造体の前記ソケット係合部に前記ソケットを係合させることにより、前記リフレクタ構造体の前記開口部にフラット回路体のLEDが取り付けられることを特徴とするLED灯具である。
この発明のLED灯具の第5の態様は、前記フラット回路体のLED間に屈曲部が形成されていることを特徴とするLED灯具である。
この発明のLED灯具の第6の態様は、前記リフレクタ構造体の前記ソケット係合部はその外周面に環状の係合突起を備え、前記ソケットは前記係合突起に対応する環状の係合突起を備え、両係合突起をかみ合わせることによって前記リフレクタ構造体に前記フラット回路体のLEDが取り付けられることを特徴とするLED灯具である。
この発明のLED灯具の第7の態様は、前記ソケットは、LEDを収容する箱型のソケット本体と、前記ソケット本体に取り付けられて、ソケット本体との間にLED近傍のフラット回路体を挟持するカバーとからなっており、前記カバーの外面に、ソケット本体のLEDを収容する内部空間と連通する前記孔が設けられているLED灯具である。

Claims (7)
- ランプボディと、その前面開口に取り付けられるレンズとで形成されるランプ室内に、複数のLEDが実装されたフラット回路体と、前記LEDで発光した光を反射させるリフレクタ構造体が設けられたLED灯具であって、前記リフレクタ構造体の壁部に複数の開口部が形成され、前記開口部にフラット回路体のLEDを取り付けることにより、前記リフレクタ構造体にフラット回路体が支持されることを特徴とするLED灯具。
- 前記リフレクタ構造体は、前記レンズに相対して位置する前記壁部と、前記フラット回路体の前記LEDが挿入されるLED取付穴と、前記壁部の複数の前記開口部を形成し前記LED取付穴と連絡するテーパ状に形成された係合部とを備えており、前記フラット回路体に実装された複数の前記LEDの各々が前記LED取付穴から前記係合部によって形成される前記開口部に突出して固定されている、請求項1に記載のLED灯具。
- 前記係合部の前記開口部に面する側に、更に反射体を備えている、請求項2に記載のLED灯具。
- 前記リフレクタ構造体は、前記レンズに相対して位置する前記壁部と、前記開口部を形成するテーパ状に形成された係合部と、前記係合部の下端部にソケットを係合するソケット係合部を備えており、前記フラット回路体のLEDが実装される個所に、LEDが収容されLEDで発光した光を通す孔を有するソケットが設けられ、前記リフレクタ構造体の前記ソケット係合部に前記ソケットを係合させることにより、前記リフレクタ構造体の前記開口部にフラット回路体のLEDが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED灯具。
- 前記フラット回路体のLED間に屈曲部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載のLED灯具。
- 前記リフレクタ構造体の前記ソケット係合部はその外周面に環状の係合突起を備え、前記ソケットは前記係合突起に対応する環状の係合突起を備え、両係合突起をかみ合わせることによって前記リフレクタ構造体に前記フラット回路体のLEDが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のLED灯具。
- 前記ソケットは、LEDを収容する箱型のソケット本体と、前記ソケット本体に取り付けられて、ソケット本体との間にLED近傍のフラット回路体を挟持するカバーとからなっており、前記カバーの外面に、ソケット本体のLEDを収容する内部空間と連通する前記孔が設けられている、請求項6に記載のLED灯具。
