Abstract
Description
(1) 中空の外針と、前記外針の基端部に設けられ、前記外針内と連通する内腔部を有する外針ハブと、前記外針内に挿通され、先端に鋭利な針先を有する中空の内針と、前記内針の基端部に設けられ、前記内針内と連通する内腔部を有する内針ハブとを備える穿刺具であって、
前記内針は、前記針先の近傍に位置し、その外径がほぼ一定の小径部と、それより基端側に位置し、前記小径部より外径が大きい大径部とを有し、
前記内針を前記外針の内腔に挿入し、前記針先を前記外針の先端開口から最も突出させた状態にした際、前記小径部の基端が前記外針内に位置し、なおかつ前記小径部を覆う部位における前記外針の内径が前記大径部の外径より小さいことを特徴とする穿刺具。
前記内針を前記外針の内腔に挿入し、前記外針ハブの基端側に前記内針ハブが係合した状態で、前記針先が前記外針の先端開口から最も突出した状態となる上記(1)ないし(8)のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。

[1] 図1に示すように、予め外針2と内針4とを組み立てておく。このような穿刺具1の組み立て状態では、針先41が外針2の先端開口24から最も突出しており、小径部42の基端および大径部44の先端が外針2の内部に収納されている。
内針4の小径部42の外径:0.90mm
内針4の小径部42の長さ:6mm
内針4の中間部43の長さ:3mm
内針4の大径部44の外径:1.25mm
外針2が内針4の小径部44に密着した部位の長さ(L2):5mm
内針4の小径部42と中間部43の境界部における外針2の内径:0.98mm
内針4の大径部における外針2の内径:1.30mm
図6に示す穿刺具を作成した。穿刺具の各寸法は下記の通りである。
内針104の小径部142の外径:0.90mm
内針104の小径部142の長さ:6mm
内針104の中間部143の長さ:3mm
内針104の大径部144の外径:1.25mm
外針102が内針104の小径部144に密着した部位の長さ:1mm
内針104の小径部142と中間部143の境界部における外針102の内径:1.30mm
内針104の大径部における外針102の内径:1.30mm
Claims (13)
- 中空の外針と、前記外針の基端部に設けられ、前記外針内と連通する内腔部を有する外針ハブと、前記外針内に挿通され、先端に鋭利な針先を有する中空の内針と、前記内針の基端部に設けられ、前記内針内と連通する内腔部を有する内針ハブとを備える穿刺具であって、
前記内針は、前記針先の近傍に位置し、その外径がほぼ一定の小径部と、それより基端側に位置し、前記小径部より外径が大きい大径部とを有し、
前記内針を前記外針の内腔に挿入し、前記針先を前記外針の先端開口から最も突出させた状態にした際、前記小径部の基端が前記外針内に位置し、なおかつ前記小径部を覆う部位における前記外針の内径が前記大径部の外径より小さいことを特徴とする穿刺具。 - 前記大径部の内径が、前記小径部の内径より大きい請求項1に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記内針は、前記小径部と前記大径部との間に、それらの外径の変化を緩和する中間部を有する請求項1または2に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記中間部は、基端方向へ向かって外径が漸増するテーパ部で構成されている請求項3に記載の穿刺具。
- 前記内針を前記外針の内腔に挿入し、前記針先を前記外針の先端開口から最も突出させた際、前記大径部の先端が前記外針内に位置している請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記外針は、その外径がほぼ一定の部位と、それより基端側に位置し、基端方向へ向かって外径が漸増するテーパ部とを有する請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記外針は、その先端部に先端方向に向かって外径が減少する縮径部を有する請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記外針の内径は、その先端から一定の範囲において、前記内針の前記小径部の外径にほぼ等しいかもしくは前記内針の前記小径部の外径より小さい請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記外針ハブの基端側に前記内針ハブが係合し得るよう構成され、
前記内針を前記外針の内腔に挿入し、前記外針ハブの基端側に前記内針ハブが係合した状態で、前記針先が前記外針の先端開口から最も突出した状態となる請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。 - 前記外針と前記外針ハブとが、同一材料により一体的に形成されている請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記内針の前記小径部の外径(平均)をD1、前記大径部の外径(平均)をD2としたとき、外径比D1/D2は、0.25〜0.95である請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- 前記内針の前記小径部の内径(平均)をd1、前記大径部の内径(平均)をd2としたとき、外径比d1/d2は、0.2〜0.9である請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
- シースイントロデューサを導入するためのものである請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の穿刺具。
