6 出口ポートに接続された3個の充てん材カートリッジ
6−1、6−2、6−3 j番目の充てん材カートリッジ(jは1≦j≦3である自然数)
流体の注入口となるm個(図1では3−1〜3−4の4個。)の入口ポート3と、
流体の流出口となるn個(図1では4−1〜4−3の3個。)の出口ポート4と、
入口ポートと出口ポートとを連絡するm×n本(図1では5−11〜5−43の12本。)の中空フィラメント5と、
出口ポート4に接続されたn個(図1では6−1〜6−3の3個。)の充てん材カートリッジ6と
を有する。ただし、mは自然数、nは自然数を示す。
n個中j番目の出口ポート4−jを出口ポートBj、
m×n本中i番目の入口ポートとj番目の出口ポートとを連絡する中空フィラメント5−ijを中空フィラメントXij、
n個中j番目の充てん材カートリッジ6−jを充てん材カートリッジCjと示す。
図1の例は、3種類の被分析物質が一つの供試体に含まれており、前処理に必要な流体が、(1)充てん材をなじませる溶媒(緩衝液)、(2)供試体、(3)洗浄液、(4)抽出液の4種類の場合の分析前処理用部品の例である。その構成は、上記mが4、nが3であり、4個の入口ポートAi(i=1、2、3、4)3−1、3−2、3−3、3−4からなる入口ポート3と、3個の出口ポートBj(j=1、2、3)4−1、4−2、4−3からなる出口ポート4と、3個の充てん材カートリッジCj(j=1、2、3)6−1、6−2、6−3からなる充てん材カートリッジ6と、入口ポートAiと出口ポートBjを連絡する12本(3×4本)の中空フィラメントXij(i=1、2、3、4、j=1、2、3)5−11、5−12、5−13、5−21、5−22、5−23、5−31、5−32、5−13、5−41、5−42、5−43からなる中空フィラメント5となる。この場合、3個の充てん材カートリッジ6には、3種類のそれぞれの被分析物質に適合した種類の充てん材(図示せず。)が充填されている。これらの入口ポート3、出口ポート4は支持体1に固定されており、充てん材カートリッジ6は出口ポート4に接続されている。
Claims (10)
- 支持体と、流体の注入口となるm個の入口ポートと、流体の流出口となるn個の出口ポートと、入口ポートと出口ポートとを連絡するm×n本の中空フィラメントと、出口ポートに接続されたn個の充てん材カートリッジとを少なくとも備えることを特徴とする分析前処理用部品(ただし、mは自然数、nは自然数を示す。)。
- 入口ポートの少なくとも一部が支持体に固定されている請求の範囲第1項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 出口ポートの少なくとも一部が支持体に固定されている請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 中空フィラメントの少なくとも一部が支持体に固定されている請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 出口ポートと充てん材カートリッジが一体化されている請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 入口ポートが2個以上である請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 出口ポートが2個以上である請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 入口ポート、及び、出口ポートが各々2個以上である請求の範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 少なくとも一本の中空フィラメントが、他の少なくとも一本の中空フィラメントと交差するように敷設される請求の範囲第6項〜第8項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
- 支持体が中空フィラメントを保持するための固定層を有する請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか一項記載の分析前処理用部品。
