Claims (4)
- 光触媒反応を利用した防曇素子であって、
透明基板と、
前記透明基板上に成膜された、前記透明基板よりも大きな屈折率を有する透明層と、
前記透明層上にTiO2を積層することにより成膜された、前記透明層よりも大きな屈折率を有する光触媒物質層と、
前記光触媒物質層上に、親水性の素材で形成された親水層と
を備え、
前記透明層は、酸化インジウムを主成分として、酸化スズを、原子組成比で40%以上含むことを特徴とする防曇素子。 - 前記透明基板における、前記透明層が形成される面の裏面上に形成され、前記親水層、前記光触媒物質層、前記透明層、及び前記透明基板を通過して入射する光を反射する反射膜を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防曇素子。
- 前記透明基板を挟んで前記透明層と対向するエレクトロクロミック層を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防曇素子。
- 自動車用アウターミラーであって、
請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の防曇素子を備えることを特徴とする自動車用アウターミラー。
