Abstract

一种监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置,包括监控设备镜头(4),其特征在于:在监控设备镜头(4)外表面上有一层由ITO透明导电膜(1)组成的电阻,该ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻与温度控制电路(2)连接,温度控制电路(2)与温度传感器(3)连接。其优点是能快速地给监控设备镜头进行除冰或预防设备表面监控设备镜头结冰,加热过程快、加热空间小、除冰、除露效果好。

监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置
技术领域
本发明涉及监控设备,涉及ITO和除冰装置,尤指一种监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置。 
背景技术
监控设备工作于室外露天场所,当环境温度低时其镜头就会起雾或结冰,导致图象不清析,影响监控效果,因此便要求监控设备具有镜头的加热除冰装置。现有技术的监控设备镜头加热除冰装置一般由一个加热电阻或一片加热硅片再结合一个自动控制电路来完成,设备在低温(-5℃至+5℃)状态下通电,依靠电阻发热来除掉或预防监控设备镜头表面结冰和起雾的现象。其缺点是:1.加热时须通过设备的金属部件来导热,再传导到透明罩或透明玻璃窗,加热过程慢。2.加热空间比较大,加热时须把整个监控设备内部加热再传导到设备的表面,造成给设备表面除冰效果不好。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种加热过程快、加热空间小、除冰效果好的监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置,包括监控设备镜头,其特征在于:在监控设备镜头外表面上有一层由ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻,该ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻与温度控制电路连接,温度控制电路与温度传感器连接。 
ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻起发热电阻的作用,当环境温度低于某一设定值时,控制电路接通ITO透明导电膜电源,使ITIO透明导电膜发热,从而可以快速地给监控设备镜头进行加热除冰或预防其表面结冰、结露。 
    本发明的有益效果是:能快速地给监控设备镜头进行除冰或预防设备表面监控设备镜头结冰,加热过程快、加热空间小、除冰、除露效果好。

参见附图,本发明一种监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置,包括监控设备镜头(4),其特征在于:在监控设备镜头(4)外表面上有一层由ITO透明导电膜(1)组成的电阻,该ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻与温度控制电路(2)连接,温度控制电路(2)与温度传感器(3)连接。

1. 一种监控设备镜头ITO加热除冰装置,包括监控设备镜头(4),其特征在于:在监控设备镜头(4)外表面上有一层由ITO透明导电膜(1)组成的电阻,该ITO透明导电膜组成的电阻与温度控制电路(2)连接,温度控制电路(2)与温度传感器(3)连接。
