Claims (9)
- セメントキルンのキルン尻から最下段のサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気するプローブと、
該プローブで抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストの粗粉を分離する第1の分級機と、
該第1の分級機から排出された微粉を含む抽気ガスを集塵する集塵機と、
該集塵機から排出されたダストを微粉と粗粉とに分離する第2の分級機とを備えることを特徴とするセメントキルン抽気ガス処理システム。 - 前記第2の分級機によって分離された微粉を集塵する乾式集塵機と、
該乾式集塵機で集塵されたダストを水に溶解させる溶解槽と、
該溶解槽から排出されたスラリーを固液分離する固液分離機とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン抽気ガス処理システム。 - 前記第2の分級機によって分離された微粉を集塵する湿式集塵機と、
該湿式集塵機から排出されたスラリーを固液分離する固液分離機とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン抽気ガス処理システム。 - 前記第2の分級機から排出されたガスを該第2の分級機に戻し、該第2の分級機の分散用及び分級用に利用することを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載のセメントキルン抽気ガス処理システム。
- セメントキルンのキルン尻から最下段のサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気し、
抽気した燃焼ガスの一部に含まれるダストの粗粉を分離し、
粗粉を分離した後の微粉含有抽気ガスを集塵し、
集塵したダストを微粉と粗粉とに分離することを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。 - 前記粗粉を分離した後の微粉含有抽気ガスを集塵したダストを、平均粒径0.1μm以上5μm以下の微粉と、粗粉とに分離することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
- 前記微粉含有抽気ガスを集塵したダストを微粉と粗粉とに分離した際に得られた微粉を水洗脱塩し、水洗後に得られたケークを再資源化することを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
- 前記水洗後に得られた塩水を、セメントミルへ添加するか、排水処理後に下水へ放流するか、塩回収工程で工業塩を回収するかのいずれかの方法で処理することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
- 前記微粉含有抽気ガスを集塵したダストを微粉と粗粉とに分離した際に得られた粗粉を、セメント粉砕工程に添加するか、水洗脱塩した後にセメント原料粉砕工程へ戻すかのいずれかの方法で処理することを特徴とする請求項5乃至8のいずれかに記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
