Claims (6)
- ソレノイド部を有する容量制御弁であって、前記ソレノイド部に有するチューブと、前記チューブに嵌合する外周面に摺動面と前記摺動面より小径の非接触周面を有すると共に、前記摺動面の軸方向長さが前記非接触周面の軸方向長さより短く形成された可動心と、前記可動心と結合して前記可動心と反対側の自由端部に連結面を有するソレノイドロッド部と、前記ソレノイドロッド部と遊嵌合する内部孔を有して前記可動心と対向に配置された固定芯と、前記ソレノイドロッド部の前記連結面と係合する接合部を有すると共に制御流体通孔が開閉される弁体を有する作動ロッドとを具備し、前記ソレノイドロッド部の前記連結面と前記作動ロッドの前記接合部とは一方が凹状円錐状面に形成されていると共に、他方が凸状円錐状部に形成されていることを特徴とする容量制御弁。
- 前記凹状円錐状面の底面は平状面または断面が円弧状面の広い面に形成されているとともに、前記凸状円錐状部の頭部は先端が切られて前記凹状円錐状面の底面に対応する裁頭状面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドロッド部の前記凹状円錐状面の円錐角度βが前記作動ロッドの前記凸状円錐状部の円錐角度αより0.5°から6°に大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドロッド部が前記固定芯の内部孔に接触する前に前記凹状円錐状面と前記作動ロッドの凸状円錐状部が接触するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記可動心の前記外周面の端部側周面に摺動面を有して摺動面の軸方向の長さが外周面の全長の4分の1を越えない長さに構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 摺動面が断面を湾曲状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
