Claims (1)
- 台盤と、該台盤の後方に立設された支柱と、該
支柱の上部前方に保持され、内部に赤外線ランプ
を有する回転楕円体状ミラー球を内設し、その下
方に赤外線反射焦点を形成する加熱器と、ミラー
球と台盤との間の支柱に支持アームを介して上下
動可能に保持された試料台とからなる輻射加熱装
置であつて、前記加熱器がミラー球外周面に空気
流通自由な間隙を隔てて案内筒を周設し、該案内
筒の上端部に冷却フアンを備え、かつ、前記試料
台が前後および左右方向の微動手段を備え、かつ
該試料台の上面に、その上面壁を透明部材、前面
壁を半透明部材で構成すると共に、その両側壁に
雰囲気ガス流通路をそれぞれ設けた被処理物を収
容する試料箱を、該試料箱の下部に設けた前後方
向案内筒および止金具を介して前記試料台に着脱
可能に載置したことを特徴とするろう接用輻射加
熱装置。
