- 試料を装着し該試料を保持する手段を有し、電
子線光軸に対し、垂直方向から装着するサイドエ
ントリータイプの試料ホールダにおいて、該、試
料ホールダの軸上に、照射電子線量測定検出部を
試料近傍に設けかつ、前記試料搭載部と照射電子
線量検出部を、前記電子線光軸に対し切替可能に
設けたことを特徴とする電子顕微鏡等の試料ホー
ルダ。
