Claims (1)
- 試料を保持した試料ホールダを電子線光軸と直
交する方向から着脱可能に設けられたサイドエン
トリータイプの試料微動装置において、前記試料
ホールダを鏡体に対して２つの軸受により支持し
、少なくとも１つの軸受部は前記試料ホールダの
軸芯を調整可能に構成し、かつ試料ホールダの真
空シール部は、該軸芯と直角方向に移動可能に構
成したことを特徴とする電子顕微鏡等用試料ホー
ルダの軸受装置。
