Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 鏡体を貫通して回転可能に保持され、且つ
    軸心が光軸と直交するように置かれた試料ホルダ
    と、該試料ホルダの軸心と直交する傾斜軸を介し
    て傾動可能にこの試料ホルダに支持され、且つ試
    料を保持した試料台と、該試料台の一端に取付け
    られた板バネと、該板バネの端部を折り曲げるこ
    とにより試料台を傾動させるための手段とからな
    る電子顕微鏡における試料傾斜装置。 (2) 前記試料台と板バネとを一体に形成したこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の電子顕微鏡における試料傾斜装置。 (3) 前記板バネの折り曲げ手段としては回転あ
    るいは往復動を利用することを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項乃至第２項に記載の電子
    顕微鏡における試料傾斜装置。
