Claims (1)
- 光源から出射した光束を被測定物であるミラー
によつて反射させ、上記の反射光でスクリーンを
照射するミラー歪測定法に用いられる光源装置に
おいて、凹面鏡内に光源バルブを設け、上記の光
源バルブから出射した光が凹面鏡で反射されて該
凹面鏡の光軸と交わる個所にアパーチヤを有する
集光板を設け、上記のアパーチヤを通過した光の
拡散角を制限する開口を有する開口板を設け、か
つ、前記の光源バルブを空気冷却する為のフアン
を設けたことを特徴とする、ミラー歪測定用の光
源装置。
