- 試料を表面より弾性部材を介して支持した状態
で裏面より冷却ガスを導入した処理中の前記試料
を冷却する機構において、前記試料を支持する支
持部材の前記試料中心側の面に面取りを設けたこ
とを特徴とする試料冷却機構。
