- ウエーハの表面を露出させて保持し該ウエーハ
の裏面側に支持板を設けて熱処理するためのウエ
ーハ加熱治具において、上記ウエーハの裏面と上
記支持板との間に隙間を設けたことを特徴とする
ウエーハ加熱治具。
