す分解斜視図である。 図において、１は断面観察用研磨試料、２は研
磨治具の試料貼付け部、３はワツクス、４は支持
板、５は円柱状の支え、６は支持板の幅、７は試
料貼付け部の１つの辺、８は試料表面を示す。
