Claims (1)
- 試料をホルダ上に保持する構造であつて、表裏
両面が鏡面仕上げされかつ複数の貫通穴を有する
中間材を、表面の少なくとも当該中間材が接する
領域が鏡面仕上げされかつ中間材の貫通穴に連通
する貫通穴を有するホルダと試料との間に介在さ
せ、そして当該ホルダの裏面側からその貫通穴を
介して真空引きするようにしたことを特徴とする
試料保持構造。
