CONSTITUTION:The first and the second oxide super conductive thin films having different critical temperatures are laminated, and made to have a superstructure. The first oxide superconductive thin film formed has the formula of (A1-xBx)yCuzOwXv, where x=0.1-1.0, y=2.0-4.0, z=1.0-4.0, w=4.0-8.0, and v=0-3.0, the second oxide superconductive thin film has the formula of (A'1-x'B'x')y'Cuz'Ow'X'v', where x'=0.1-1.0, y'=2.0-4.0, z'=1.0-4.0, w'=4.0-8.0, and v'=0-3.0, A and A' are elements selected from one or plural species of the element periodic table group IIIa, B and B' contain elements selected from one or plural species of the element periodic table group IIa, and X and X' contain elements of one or plural species selected from Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Im, or Sb or halogen element.
