Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a whole membrane as a dense superconductive membrane by forming a metallic membrane on a crystalline substrate, and attaching a three-element compound membrane of an oxide including two elements and Cu whose element ratio specified over the superconductive membrane. CONSTITUTION:A metallic membrane 12 is formed on a substrate 11, and over the metallic membrane 12, an oxide membrane of an oxide including A element, B element, and Cu, whose element mol ratio is 0.5<=A+B/Cu<=2.5 is attached. In this case, A is at least one element of the Sc, Y, and La group elements, and B is at least one element of IIa elements. Therefore, since the membrane is laminated on the substrate 11 after the material of a superconductor is dissolved into superfine particles of an atomic condition, the formed superconductor composition is essentially uniform compared to the conventional sintered body, and the metallic membrane 12 is piled up extremely densely and plainly.
