Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting device of high performance by a method wherein a first crystalline film, a first superconductive film, a second crystalline film, and a second superconductive film are successively formed on a substrate in this sequence and the first and the second superconductive film are specified. CONSTITUTION:A first crystalline film 12, a first superconductive film 13, a second crystalline film 14, and a second superconductive film 15 are successively formed on a substrate 1 in this sequence. Here, the first and the second superconductive film are oxides containing A, B, and Cu, where element mixing ratio is so set as to satisfy the equation, 0.5<=(A+B)/Cu>=2.5 and A is at least an element selected from Sc, Y, and lanthanide elements (atomic number 57-71) and B is at least an element selected from group IIa elements such as Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Mg or the like. By these processes, a laminated superconductive film can be formed which is excellent in quality and denseness, so that a superconducting device of high performance can be obtained.
