Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a precise and stable superconductor structure by the low- temperature process by providing a superconductor containing at least two kinds of specific elements and Cu and substituted with at least one kind of sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component and at least a nonreducing film on the surface of the superconductor. CONSTITUTION:A superconductor 11 made of an oxide containing at least A, B, Cu at the element ratio within the range of 0.5<=[(A+B)/Cu]<=2.5 and substituted with at least one kind of sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component is provided, and at least a nonreducing film 12 is provided on the surface of the superconductor 11, where A is at least one kind of Sc, Y, and lanthanoide series elements (atomic number 57-71), and B is at least one kind of IIa group elements such as Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Mg. A superconductor structure which is precise and excellent in stability is thereby obtained by the low-temperature process.
