Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a superconductor structure with high precision and high stability by the low-temperature process by coating a nonreducing film on the surface of a specific composite superconductor and depositing the superconductor as a thin film on it. CONSTITUTION:A superconductor 11 made of oxide containing at least A, B, Cu at the element ratio within the range of the equation I and substituted with at least one kind of fluorine, sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component is provided, and at least a nonreducing film 12 is provided on the surface of the superconductor 11. In the equation I, A is at least one kind of Sc, Y, and lanthanoide series elements (atomic number 57-71), end B is at least one kind of IIa group elements such as Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Mg. Since a raw material is decomposed into extremely fine grains then deposited on the substrate, the superconductor is homogeneous, and it can be formed by the low-temperature process by applying fluorine or the like, and the stability is improved by coating the nonreducing film. A superconductor structure with high precision end excellent stability is thereby obtained by the low-temperature process.
