Abstract
PURPOSE:To form a stable superconductor at a low temperature by depositing a film containing at least two kinds of specific elements and Cu and substituted with at least one kind of fluorine, sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component on a perovskite structure monocrystal, CaF2 monocrystal or ZnO monocrystal substrate. CONSTITUTION:A superconductor film 12 made of an oxide containing at least the element A, element B, and Cu at the mole ratio of elements within the range of 0.5<=[(A+B)/Cu]<=2.5 and substituted with at least one kind of fluorine, sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component is deposited on a substrate 11 made of perovskite monocrystal such as BaTiO3, CaTiO3, CaF2 monocrystal such as CaF2, BaF2, or ZnO monocrystal such as ZnS, ZnO, where A is at least one kind of Sc, Y, and lanthanoide series elements (atomic number 57-71), and B is at least one kind of IIa group elements. A stable superconductor at a low temperature can be thereby formed.
