Abstract
PURPOSE:To form an elaborate superconductive thin film over the whole film at a low temperature by depositing a specific composite ceramic superconductor made of oxide and sulfide as a thin film on a metal film. CONSTITUTION:A metal film 12 is formed on a crystalline substrate 11, and a composite compound film 13 made of oxide containing A, B, Cu at the element ratio within the range of the equation I and substituted with at least one kind of sulfur, selenium, tellurium, and polonium for part of the oxygen component is deposited on it. In the equation I, A is at least one kind of Sc, Y, and lanthanum elements (atomic number 57-71), and B is at least one kind of IIa group elements such as Ba, Sr, Ca, Be, Mg. Since a raw material is decomposed into extremely fine grains in the atomic state and deposited on the substrate, the film is homogeneous, the composite oxide can be formed at a low temperature, and a superconductive film is deposited on the metal film peculiarly elaborately and flat. A superconductor with high precision is thereby obtained.
