Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform a superconducting device having a stable operation against the fluctuation of temperature by employing an oxide superconducting material containing at least Cu as a superconductor and a semiconductor for forming the device. CONSTITUTION:An oxide superconductor containing at least Cu is employed as the material of a superconducting electrode, and an oxide containing Ba. La, Cu or Sr, La, Cu is used as the material of a semiconductor or a normal conductor. That is, when the oxide material containing Ba, La, Cu or Sr, La, Cu is employed as the semiconductor 2 or the normal conductor, the properties of the semiconductor can be controlled by diffusing or injecting Ba, Sr, Cu to the material. Accordingly, an operating temperature is limited to a temperature range corresponding to the impurity saturating range of the semiconductor to perform a device having less fluctuation of temperature and a stable operation.
