PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a dense and high quality superconductive membrane by attaching a three-element compound membrane of an oxide including two elements and Cu, whose element ratio is specified, on a noncrystalline substrate coated with a metallic membrane. CONSTITUTION:A metallic membrane 12 is formed on a noncrystalline substrate 11, and in oxide membrane 13 of an oxide including A element, B element, and Cu, whose element mol ratio is 0.5<= A+B/Cu<=//2.5, is attached over the membrane 12. In this case, A is at least one element of the Sc, Y, and La group elements, and B is at least one element of IIa elements. And by piling up the membrane on the noncrystalline substrate directly, after the material of a superconductor is desolved into superfine particles of an atomic condition, it is often difficult to obtain a high quality superconductive membrane, but it can be piled up extremely densely and plainly on the metallic membrane attached on the noncrystalline substrate.
