Claims (1)
- 第１導電型の単結晶シリコン基板に、基板とは
反対導電型である第２導電型の拡散を行ない受光
部を形成してなるホトダイオードにおいて、上記
受光部表面を異方性エツチングによるテクスチヤ
ー構造とし、さらにこの受光部表面に反射防止膜
を設けたことを特徴とするホトダイオード。
