Claims (1)
- 一つの基板の片面にデバイス及び部品を複数個
実装し、該デバイス又は／及び部品の上面を覆う
ように、集積回路素子を適宜隙間隔てて配設し、
該集積回路素子を、その両側部から突出する段付
き状の端子群を介して前記基板の片面に固着して
成るハイブリツド集積回路。
