    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 混成集積回路における回路基板とこの回路基板
    を収容するパツケージとで構成される混成集積回
    路の実装構造において、基板取付面をはさんで両
    側に回路基板を収容できる形状をもち、前記基板
    取付面の表側の回路基板と裏側の回路基板とにそ
    れぞれ接続するピンを周辺に配したパツケージと
    、このパツケージに収容する複数の回路基板を前
    記基板取付面の両側に取付面を共有して取付ける
    ことを特徴とする混成集積回路の実装構造。
