- 半導体ウエーハのステツプ送り経路に沿つて、
負圧吸引装置を接続した真空ロツク室、イオン注
入室、不活性ガス導入装置を接続した真空ロツク
解除室、ならびに赤外線ランプを具えたアニール
室を連続配置したことを特徴とする半導体製造装
置。
