Claims (1)
- フレオン混合物からなる試料ガスを供給するた
めの試料ガス供給路と、前記試料ガスの排出路と
、前記試料ガスを収納するための試料ガス収納路
と、前記試料ガス中のフレオン１１より高沸点の
成分を除去するためのプレカラムを備えたプレカ
ラム流路と、第１メインカラムを備えた第１メイ
ンカラム流路と、流路切換前には試料ガス供給路
、試料ガス収納路及び試料ガス排出路をこの順に
接続し流路切換後には第１キヤリアガス供給路、
試料ガス収納路、プレカラム流路及び第１メイン
カラム流路をこの順に接続する第１流路切換手段
と、第１メインカラムで未分離の各成分を分離し
うる第２メインカラムを備えた第２メインカラム
流路と、入口側から溶出時間調整用カラム及び第
２メインカラムと同一の流路抵抗を有する抵抗カ
ラムをこの順に接続した調整抵抗流路と、キヤリ
アガスの流量を調整するための第１リアレンスカ
ラムを備えた第２キヤリアガス供給路と、流路切
換前には第１メインカラム流路と第２メインカラ
ム流路とを接続するとともに第２キヤリアガス流
路と調整抵抗流路とを接続し、試料ガス注入から
予め設定された時間経過後には流路切換作動して
第１メインカラムと調整抵抗路とを接続するとと
もに、第２キヤリアガス供給路と第２メインカラ
ム流路とを接続する第２流路切換手段と、検出路
を備え第２メインカラム流路及び調整抵抗流路の
出口端部にそれぞれ接続された少なくとも一つの
検出流路とを備えてなるフレオンガス分析計。
