Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、印刷胴にスリーブを、特に版として使用され
る、又はプムで被われたスリーブを取付けるだめの保持
装置であって、前記スリーブが印刷装置側壁内の開口部
を通って印刷胴に差嵌め可能であり、この開口部が、印
刷装置側壁内に軸受けされたジャーナルを側壁軸受から
取外す前に印刷胴を支持するようになっている形式のも
のに関する。
従来の技術 前述の形式の装置は、輪転凹版印刷機のためのドイツ連
邦共和国特許第４７０９３７号明細書により公知である
。この公知の装置においては、前取てスリーブを印刷胴
に対して軸方向に供給する補助装置によって印刷胴がつ
かまれ、すなわち支持された後に、印刷装置側壁内に配
置され、ジャーナル軸受をつかむ支持体が印刷装置側壁
の平面内に沈められる。このことによって、スリーブは
ジャーナル軸受を越えて凹版印刷胴に差嵌められる。続
いて支持体は再びジャーナル軸受に対して上方に持上げ
られ、かつ補助装置が離される。
しかし公知の装置における印刷胴の支持は、この支持が
印刷胴に沿って走行可能な補助装置によってか、外側に
おける走行可能な補助装置によって行なわれなければな
らないので問題である。
発明が解決しようとする課題 本発明の課題は、小さなスペースで印刷装置側壁に配置
することができるような、印刷胴を片側で支持するだめ
の簡単な保持装置を提供することである。
課題をｉ解決するための手段 前述の課題を解決するために講じた手段は、他方の印刷
装置側壁内に軸受けされていて、かつこの側壁を越えて
突入するジャーナルに、補助保持装置がこの印刷装置側
壁から間隔を置いて接近可能であり、さらに印刷胴がこ
の印刷装置側壁を介して自由に保持されるようになって
いることである。
発明の効果 本発明によって得られる利点は、コンパクトな保持装置
によって、印刷胴を簡単に支持することができることで
ある。
実施例 第１図に示す印刷機、有利にはオフセット−転転印刷機
の右の印刷装置側壁１と左の印刷装置側壁２との間に印
刷胴３が支承されており、該印刷胴のジャーナルは従来
の形式で印刷装置側−１，２に軸受けされている。本発
明により、一方のジャーナル、図示の実施例ではジャー
ナル５が一方の印刷装置側壁２を通って、しかも有利に
はこの印刷装置側壁２の外側に配置された駆動ケーシン
グ９内に突入する。この駆動ケーシング内には、印刷胴
３のための駆動歯車８を含む印刷装置駆動部が普通の形
式で配置されている。他方の印刷装置側壁が、図示の実
施例では印刷装置側壁１が開口部６，７を有しており、
各開口部は印刷胴３の直径より大きく、従って軸受を取
外した後にこの印刷装置側壁１から、取付けるべきスリ
ーブ１２を差嵌めることができる。
第１図及び第２図から判るように、印刷装置側壁１にお
ける開口部６，７を通るスリーブ１２の取付は工程のだ
めの本発明による保持装置は、駆動ケーシング９内に配
置されていてジャーナル５に対してほぼ直角に延びる補
助軸１０から成っておシ、該補助軸の両側が駆動ケーシ
ング９の垂直な壁に軸受けされている。補助軸１０が有
利には中央に切欠き１１もしくは切削部を有しており、
該切欠き１１は環状に延びていてかつほぼトラペラ状の
横断面を有することができる。この切欠き１１によって
補助軸１０は、スリーブ１２を差嵌めることができるよ
うに、他方の印刷装置側壁１内のジャーナル４の軸受が
取外される前にジャーナル５上に載着される。
たとえば、駆動ケーシング９の側壁における補助軸１０
の、個所１６で示すような偏心的な支承部によって、軸
ジヤーナルにおける四角縁１７を介して補助軸１０を回
動することができ、従って補助軸１０はまずジャーナル
５上に載着されてかつこれを鉛直に、印刷胴３の所望の
位置が得られるように調整す゛る。調整は、たとえば調
節可能なストッパ１５によって与えられる。
駆動ケーシング９の他方側において、すなわち第２図に
よる左側において、補助軸１０がねじ山を有しており、
このねじ山には、駆動ケーシング９の側壁の両側で補助
軸１０の水平方向の調整のために調節ナツト１３．１４
が配置され、これらの調節ナツトが第２図において補助
軸の左右移動を可能にし、このことによって印刷胴３は
この方向で調整もしくは固定できる。
このことによって、補助軸１０の偏心的な支承部及び調
節ナツト１３，１４によって、印刷胴３は印刷装置側壁
１，２の間で規定された位置にもたらされ、もしくはそ
こに保持され、従って印刷装置側壁１における開口部６
ｔ−通るスリーブ１２の問題なしの取付けが行なわれる
。
印刷胴３上へのスリーブ１２の取付けを行なつた後に再
び、図示しない相応の軸受が印刷装置側壁１内のジャー
ナル４に取付けられ、その後に四角縁１Ｔを回動するこ
とによって補助軸１０はわずかにジャーナル５から持上
げられ、従って印刷胴もしくはジャーナル５は再び自由
に回動できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、印刷胴にスリーブを取付けるための保持装置であつ
    て、前記スリーブが印刷装置側壁内の開口部を通つて印
    刷胴に差嵌め可能であり、この開口部が、印刷装置側壁
    内に軸受けされたジャーナルを側壁の軸受から取外す前
    に印刷胴を支持するようになつている形式のものにおい
    て、他方の印刷装置側壁（２）内に軸受けされていて、
    かつこの側壁を越えて突入するジャーナル（５）に、補
    助保持装置（１０）が、この印刷装置側壁（２）から間
    隔を置いて接近可能であり、さらに印刷胴（３）がこの
    印刷装置側壁（２）を介して自由に保持されるようにな
    つていることを特徴とする、印刷胴にスリーブを取付け
    るための保持装置。 ２、前記補助保持装置（１０）が、長く延びるジャーナ
    ル（５）の上側でこのジャーナルに対してほぼ直角に配
    置された補助軸から成つており、該補助軸がほぼ中央に
    切欠き（１１）を備えており、この切欠きがジャーナル
    （５）上に載着されるようになつている請求項１記載の
    保持装置。 ３、補助軸（１０）が偏心的に軸受けされており、さら
    に補助軸が回転装置（１７）によつてジャーナル上に調
    整位置で調整可能であり、この回転装置がストッパ（１
    ５）によつて前調整可能である請求項１又は２記載の保
    持装置。 ４、補助軸（１０）が駆動ケーシング（９）の側壁に軸
    受けされており、かつジャーナルにねじ山を有しており
    、このねじ山に、駆動ケーシング側壁（９）の両側で、
    印刷胴（３）の調整のために補助軸（１０）を軸方向で
    調節するためのナット（１３、１４）が配置されている
    請求項１から３までのいずれか１項記載の保持装置。
