    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平板状導体にスパイラル状の切れ目を入れてな
    るインダクタンスと；前記平板状導体の片面に誘
    電体の絶縁平板と第１の平板状電極とをこの順序
    に重ね合わせてなり、前記平板状導体および前記
    第１の平板状電極を両極とする第１のコンデンサ
    と；前記平板状導体の他の片面に絶縁平板と第２
    の平板状電極と誘電体の絶縁平板と第３の平板状
    電極とをこの順序に重ね合わせてなり、前記第２
    の平板状電極および前記第３の平板状電極を両極
    とする第２のコンデンサと；前記インダクタンス
    と前記第１及び第２のコンデンサとをまとめて固
    定する手段とを備えることを特徴とする低域ろ波
    器。
